Thursday Evening on May 24th – The coach for the evening trip to Rococo Gardens (featured on Country File 4th March) will be leaving from Thessaly Road at 6:30pm or sooner if everyone is there. There will be an opportunity to purchase tea and coffee during the evening.

Saturday 28th April Jumble Sale – Stratton Village Hall 2:00pm to 3:30pm with an extra half an hour to tidy up the hall. Jennie will be collecting the donations of clothing, books, shoes etc. Anyone wishing to help on the day please let Branwen or Jennie know.
Thursday Evening 10th May – Dobbies at 6.30pm – How to put together a spectacular hanging basket display. Followed by, fish and chips at the lakes in South Cerney. The committee meeting will be held afterwards.

Joy Lofthouse will be speaking about her wartime exploits flying planes. Great Britain used women to ferry planes as part of the Air Transport Auxiliary.

Thursday 16th February – The life of a Tudor Housewife. – A very informative talk on the everyday life of a housewife in the Tudor times by Cherry Hubbard.
There are a few alterations to the programme of events for this year, the revised programme will be available at the February meeting.
Other Events
Subscriptions for this years WI are due by the end of March. The cost is £31.50 or £34.10 with the monthly colour brochure. If you wish to pay by three instalments (Jan, Feb & Mar) please see Jennie (Treasurer).
