New Stratton WI Newsletter Thursday 18th February - Rob Rees MBE - The Cotswold Chef has a passion for indulging everyone in the revolution in British food and farming. The culinary path to the success of the Cotswold Chef has been based on sound training at Westminster College, Le Gavroche and the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath. Rob's own former restaurant, The Country Elephant, won AA, Good Food Guide and Michelin status - WI Thursday 18th March – Jim Billings - Landscape gardener with many years experience will be giving a talk on the wonders of the English garden an showing how the different plants complement each other.
